On completion of the Cambridge Section of the Waikato Expressway, HEB Construction engaged Cogswell Surveys to establish Post Construction Settlement Monitoring Pins. These pins were established on roads in areas of fill, both the main expressway alignment and local roads, as well as bridge abutments and bridge columns.
