Waipa Business Awards 2011

Cogswell Surveys were proud to be among the finalist nominees in the Customer Service - Professional section of the 2011 Waipa Networks Business Awards. Chamber member businesses were automatically assessed for this category. Two mystery shoppers make a telephone inquiry to every registered business. These are scored against set criteria and comments are noted. The 10 top scoring businesses in each category (Manufacturing/Trade, Hospitality/Tourism, Professional, and Retail) were then visited by the two 'mystery shoppers'. The winner in each category was the business with the highest overall score.
