We engaged Cogswell Surveys Ltd in 2019 to prepare a rural subdivision for a single residential dwelling within the Waipa District. The survey work included arranging the purchase of a TDR and obtaining Resource Consent.
Throughout the subdivision process, the Cogswell team provided sound advice and kept us well informed at each stage. They completed the work in a timely manner and the final fee was within the agreed budget. We were very happy with the final result.
